With ever itieration of Apple’s iconic iPhone, thickness is trimmed and sophistication doubled. But believe us when we say that you have never seen anything like US designer Sam Beckett’s concept for the next version of the coveted device (reportedly due later this year). Only 8% larger than the iPhone 5s, Beckett’s iPhone Air concept somehow manages to bump up screen real estate by 17% with 68% more pixels. As far as current phones go, that’s an unprecedented level of sharpness.

Beckett also throws in a 10-megapixel camera, a screen made from sapphire crystal and a processor that runs things faster than Apple’s hyped A8 chip, all in a shell that is 0.6mm thinner. Be careful where you drool as you check out the video below.
